Professional CS:GO player Ethan “Ethan” Arnold (formerly known as nahtE) has shockingly parted ways with Evil Geniuses CS:GO roster. He is going to be the latest addition to the 100T VALORANT roster, replacing Quan “dicey” Tran in this week’s VALORANT Champions Tour qualifiers.
Former EG player Ethan is a veteran in CS:GO, getting multiple 1st places under his belt as a EG player. A notable one is the BLAST Premier: Spring 2020 American Finals and also has a great history under NRG ESPORTS back in 2019.
This news came in a shock to many fans over on Twitter, as he was showing no signs of bad performances or lack of motivation and the team was and is performing well in the CS:GO pro scene.
Ethan came forward with a short statement, clearing out the situation. He showed gratitude for everyone over at the CS:GO community and asked for support going forward and also showed excitement for the new chapter of his career over at 100T.
With visible struggles in the VALORANT Champions Tour, 100T were in dire need of a change. Will Ethan be the man to make a difference going forward? How well will he perform with such a big change of directions? Let us know your thoughts down in the comments below.
