Advance Wars 1+2 Reboot has been officially announced for the Nintendo Switch at the Nintendo Direct. The game will feature new elements while keeping the classing element intact. The game is set to release on December 3, 2021, with the Pre-orders starting as soon as now.
Advance Wars was initially released back in 2001 for the Game Boy Advance. The game became on its prime in the strategy genre, and soon it was rated the 26th best game made on a Nintendo System in Nintendo Power‘s Top 200 Games list. Many news networks had their own positive notes for the game and soon it became the best game of the time.
But this Nintendo Direct bought a smile to the veteran GBA players, bringing back their favorite title as a Reboot for the Nintendo Switch. This bundle will include the original Advance Wars as well as the sequel Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising. However, along with graphic enhancements, better visual elements and features the game will now feature online play as well.
Not much has been revealed about the online factor yet, but hosts have confirmed that the game will allow up to 4 players in multiplayer. Of course, to play online, users will require a Nintendo Switch Online membership. The Pre-orders are already on, and one of the most classic strategy genre title is back in action.
