With Season of the Haunted, the mighty ship Leviathan has returned to Destiny 2. Leviathan is a massive ship of Emperor Calus that used to be located in Nessus’ orbit. Now it’s back and is haunted by Darkness and Nightmares. Derelict Leviathan is now an area that is free to explore for Guardians and has a few secrets hidden around. One of those secrets is Calus bobbleheads and these are the locations of all of them in Destiny 2.
Note: not all the bobbleheads are available from the start. This article will be updated once the bobbleheads become available in the game.
Table of Contents
Calus Bobblehead in the Castellum
The first one is the most complicated one. You might have noticed the red switches around the Castellum that you can’t interact with. You need to complete the Nightmare Containment public event and the game will display the following message in the chat: Two lockdown protocols in the Castellum have temporarily lifted.
Now you need to go to the switch that is hard left after you leave the spawn on the Leviathan. Interact with the switch to open the door and there you will find the bobblehead along with a chest. Better check the switch’s location before starting the event to know where to go as we don’t know how long you have to open the door before it locks back down.
Calus Bobblehead in Pleasure Gardens
The location of the second Calus bobblehead is very easy to find. Go to the Pleasure Gardens through the middle of the Castellum. The same way you went in the introductory quest. And once you reach the Pleasure Gardens in the middle there will be a statue of Calus. The bobblehead is located right behind the statues. There’s also a loot chest to collect.
Calus Bobblehead in Royal Pools
If you head to the Royal Pools following the pathway in the Pleasure Gardens (you also go there in the introductory quest) you will eventually reach a dark red-lighted area. In the corner of this area, you can find a hole surrounded by corruption. The hole is highlighted by a white arrow on the image below, the entrance where you will arrive is behind the columns on the right of the image.
Drop down the hole and follow the path all the way through. In the very end, you will see the final Calus bobblehead. Creepy glowing eyes are hard to miss but in case you don’t see it follow the jungle that plays when you are close.
Calus Bobblehead in Sever – Shame
Once you progress far enough through the seasonal quest Bound in Sorrow you will unlock this season’s weekly mission – Sever. Completing this mission will award you with a pinnacle drop but there is also a bobblehead hidden. During the stage Shame, you will have to escape the lockdown by activating four manual overrides.
One of the overrides will be behind the energy barrier you have to disable using a wrench. In that area, look up and you will see a platform. Use the tubes and edges on the right side to climb up and there you will find another Calus bobblehead.
Detain the Bobbleheads at the H.E.L.M.
Once you collect the Calus bobbleheads, go to the left wing of the H.E.L.M. where all the new content is managed from. On the left of the Crown of Sorrow, there is an open area where you will find papers lying around, one for each bobblehead. Come up and proudly display your Calus bobbleheads.
Congratulations, you discovered the secret locations of the Derelict Leviathan and got four of the Calus bobbleheads in Destiny 2! But that’s not all of them, there are more bobbleheads to discover once they become available. Collecting all of them will grant you an Eidolon ghost shell and a triumph that is necessary to complete the seasonal triumphs seal and earn the title “Reaper”.
