Both The Mandalorian and Kratos have joined Jonesy, already. Now, Master Chief has been added to Fortnite because why the hell not! Here’s all we know…
This season of Fortnite is all about Hunters… Whether that be Bounty Hunters like Mandalorian, or… Hunters that are stacks of pancakes?
Master Chief has joined Kratos as the next Video Game crossover character to be added by the ever-popular Battle Royale title. Below, you can check out the announcement clip:
In the clip above, you can see Master Chief arrives to Fortnite in epic fashion by… Exiting a fridge? Okay. It is Fortnite so… We’ll cut it some slack.
If you play on an Xbox Series X|S with Master Chief, you’ll also unlock a matte black alternative skin. This is similar to how you can get an armour variant for Kratos if you play on a PlayStation 5.
The Master Chief Bundle for Fortnite gets you a UNSC Pelican Glider, Gravity Hammer Pickaxe, and an emote for 2600 V-Bucks. The Master Chief skin alone is 1500 V-Bucks though, if you don’t fancy the rest.
For a limited time, Blood Gulch from Halo has also been recreated in Fortnite’s Creative Mode and will feature a Capture The Flag mode. So… That’s basically as close as you’ll get to playing Halo on a PlayStation.
The Walking Dead is also coming to Fortnite. On December 16, Daryl Dixon and Michonne will be joining the Hunters for this season of Fortnite. However, fans will undoubtedly be looking forward to the possibility of a Nintendo character joining the title. But… Who will it be?
