XP Xtravaganza Challenges continue on Fortnite with with the new set of challenges added this week. Below we’ll show you what you need to do to complete them all!
These extra challenges at the end of every season are the best way to unlock those extra style variants applied to the featured characters of the battle pass. This year the featured variant for said characters is called “Foil”.
First you will unlock silver foil of your characters in the order you unlocked them, then comes Gold and then finally Holo Foil. A beautiful reflective, shiny variant applied to your battle pass characters.
These variants are also always a great form of bragging rights, as these skins can only be obtained in the time of the season they were introduced in. So they truly show how much you grind in that specific season of Fortnite.
Fortnite XP Xtravaganza Complete Challenge Guide
All of the challenges mentioned below have several stages to them.
So here are this weeks Fortnite XP Xtravaganza Challenges to help you get the highest possible level this season:
Deal Damage With Assault Rifles to Opponents for XP Xtravaganza
These challenges are pretty easy considering you can find the assault rifle at every rarity and of different variants.
Hit Opponents With Boogie Bombs and Shockwave Grenades
Stage 1: Hit opponents with shockwave grenades and boogie bombs (1 time)
Stage 2: Hit opponents with shockwave grenades and boogie bombs (9 times)
Stage 3: Hit multiple opponents with shockwave grenades and boogie bombs (15 times)
You can find shockwave grenades and boogie bombs floating around the entire map or in chests.
If you’re unaware, shockwave grenades throw you safely away from wherever you are while also destroying structures. Boogie bombs force your opponent dance, making them unable to do anything other than move and jump for a short period of time.
Fish for Items From Different Vehicles in a Single Game for More XP Xtravaganza
Stage 1: Fish for items from a motorboat (1 item)
Stage 2: Fish for items from a motorboat and a Choppa in a single game (once per vehicle)
Stage 3: Fish for items from a motorboat, a Choppa and the back of a pickup truck in a single game (once per vehicle)
Fishing spots spawn randomly, like most things in Fortnite, but anywhere there is water you will find at least one fishing spot. Water plays a much biggest part of Fortnite since Chapter 2 launched than it never did before allowing players to now swim as well as fish.
Maintain Full Health and Shield
For the stages of this challenge you’re going to need full health and shields and maintain full health for an entire 2 minutes to complete it. A timer will begin once you’ve reached full health and shields.
Stage 1: Maintain full health and shield for 2 minutes
Stage 2: Maintain full health and shield for 4 minutes
Stage 3: Maintain full health and shield for 8 minutes
As seen below, with all other challenges, a popup will appear in the top left corner letting you know.
Eliminate Opponents at Stark Industries, Weeping Willows or Misty Meadows
All you have to do for this challenge is get a total of 3 kills at any of the named locations above.
Now this is one of the more complicated XP Xtravaganza Challenges compared to the other ones.
Stage 1: Drive a semi truck from outside Upstate New York to Stark Industries (1 time)
Stage 2: Generate power for Stark Industries by riding zip lines to and from Upstate New York (3 zip lines)
Stage 3: Harvest buses and RVs in native Fortnite locations (1 of either a bus or RV)
Stage 4: Release Slurp into the atmosphere (Destroy 5 types of Slurp containers)
Stage 5: Boogie before oblivion (Dance to your death)
You can find the semi truck on the colored bridge closest to Upstate New York, on the outside of the giant piece of land Stark Industries is located on.
Next part of this specific line of challenges is: Generate power for Stark Industries by riding zip lines to and from Upstate New York 3 times.
Zip lines are almost always in sets of two, as long as you’re near Stark Industries or Upstate New York, you’ll see them.
For the third stage, you can find the mentioned RVs and buses mentioned in the challenge: Harvest buses and RVs in native Fortnite locations. These locations include points-of-interest such as Retail Row or Craggy Cliffs as seen below.
Now, in order to complete the next challenge, you’ll need to go to Slurpy Swamp for your best bet to get this done in one game: Release Slurp into the atmosphere. Expect a lot of players jumping straight from the bus as this challenge may take a few games to complete for some.
There are several different containers holding Slurp in them. Destroying 5 containers holding slurp and this will complete the challenge for you.
However, only 3 traditional Slurp kegs will go towards this challenge. You will also need to destroy a Slurp truck as well as one of the two larger containers outside near the bridge towards the gas station.
Now for the final stage of this challenge: Boogie before oblivion.
Now, this challenge confused to absolute hell out of me, until I realized it was actually location based.
For this you are going to need to emote, facing the silhouette of Galactus on top of the house on the easternmost side of the map, as seen below. If you can’t see Galactus, just face the water and emote and the challenge will be completed no problem.
That’ll be it for the Fortnite Week 4 XP Xtravaganza Challenges, so you can get all the XP possible before the season is over.
I hope this guide helped you complete the last of your challenges, so you can get all of rewards that the battle pass and additional challenges this season has to offer. Let us know in the comments below!
