New to Ghost of Tsushima: Legends? This Assassin Class Guide will tell you everything you need to know about the Assassin.
Ghost of Tsushima: Legends introduces co-operative multiplayer to Sucker Punch’s Samurai Epic. Rather than playing as the adaptable Jin Sakai, players have to choose one of four classes. These are vital to your success, with each performing a different role in-game with different abilities.
The Assassin Class in Ghost of Tsushima: Legends is perfect for players who enjoy definitive final blows and stealth above all else. They also begin with the Stone Stance. It is perfect for fighting against opposing Swordsmen and Archers up close, but their ability to assassinate opponents makes them deadly in stealthy scenarios.
Assassin Class Guide – Abilities and Equipment
The main ability the Assassin Class has is Toxic Vanish. This allows players to disrupt enemies and deal damage over time. It works in the same way as a Smoke Bomb would, but only deadlier. This is perfect if you’re surrounded as it allows you to assassinate those around you without re-entering stealth. The damage over time effect can also be useful in bringing down larger opponents.
The Assassin Class Ultimate Ability, Shadow Strike, allows players to instantly assassinate three enemies from a distance. It costs three Resolve, but seems well-worth the price. It’s similar to the Samurai’s ultimate ability, but offers lethality as opposed to high damage. The Shadow Strike ability also isn’t chained in the same way, which allows for much more adaptability.
In terms of equipment, the Assassin class comes equipped with Kunai and Smoke Bombs. This makes it the perfect for disrupting enemies and disappearing into the shadows when needed.
