New to Ghost of Tsushima: Legends? This Samurai Class Guide will tell you everything you need to know about the Samurai.
Ghost of Tsushima: Legends introduces co-operative multiplayer to Sucker Punch’s Samurai Epic. Rather than playing as the adaptable Jin Sakai, players have to choose one of four classes. These are vital to your success, with each performing a different role in-game with different abilities.
The Samurai Class in Ghost of Tsushima: Legends is perfect for players who like to get stuck into a fight and stay in the action. It primarily utilises the Stone Stance, as the alternate heavy attack shows, so it is perfect for fighting against opposing Swordsmen and Archers.
Samurai Class Guide – Abilities and Equipment
The main ability the Samurai Class has is Spirit Pull. This essentially acts as a proximity-based health drain on opponents. It’s perfect if you’re surrounded and allows players using the Samurai Class to strike down foes quickly and finish fights with ruthless efficiency.
The Samurai Class Ultimate Ability, Hachiman’s Fury, allows the player to strike with deadly efficiency. It costs three resolve and allows three strikes at increased damage that can’t be blocked. It’s perfect for taking down larger opponents or clearing an area quickly. In terms of how it works, it’s very similar to Jin Sakai’s Dance of Wrath from Ghost of Tsushima‘s single-player mode.
In terms of equipment, the Samurai class comes equipped with Kunai and Smoke Bombs. This makes it the perfect class to disrupt enemies and expose them for killing blows.
