How Adding Another Account Works

The process of adding another account requires the setting up of multiple Supercell ID’s that you register with. You are given a new Supercell ID each time you register/create an account. Which you will use to log into the game.

So you’ll have multiple accounts linked to the Supercell IDs you’ve created, that you’ll use to play separate instances of Clash of Clans.

Steps to Add a Clash of Clans Account

Below are the steps you’ll need to follow to add another account to Clash of Clans:

1. Open Clash of Clans, click the settings gear icon
2. Select Supercell ID’s “disconnected” button.
3. Now click “register” and register a new email. Connecting to a Supercell ID deactivates your Google Play and Game Center accounts. But you can still use the Supercell ID to recover your Clash of Clans account.
4. Exit the game and open it up again.
5. Now click Log Out under the connected tab under “Supercell ID.” You have the choice of playing without a Supercell ID or logging in with one. Click PLAY WITHOUT to create a second account. You’ll be taken to the tutorial next, where a prompt will appear stating that your first account has been found. Be sure to hit “cancel” when this happens.
6. Follow the tutorial’s instructions for setting up your account, type in your username, click Settings again, and then select Disconnected under Supercell ID.
7. Register a second Supercell ID now, but make sure to use a different email address.
8. Log out after creating the second Supercell ID for your second account.
9. Select Log in with Supercell ID from the list of Supercell IDs you have created. By choosing one, you are essentially choosing an account. You only need to log out of one and into the other to switch whenever you want.
