How to Change Your Halo Infinite Username on Xbox
On Xbox, your Halo Infinite username is linked to your Xbox Live account. If you want to change your Xbox Live account name, press the Xbox button on your controller. Then, select “Profile & System” and select the Gamertag you currently have. Then go to My Profile > Customize Profile and select your Gamertag.

How to Change Your Halo Infinite Username on PC
On the PC, your nickname is dictated by your Microsoft/Xbox Live account as well, but changing it is a bit different. To change your name on this platform, you are going to need the Windows Xbox app. You can download this from the Microsoft Store for free on Windows 10 and 11.
