In The Cycle: Frontier Pure Veltecite is one of the more valuable types of ore players can find. Pure Veltecite can be found in Veltecite veins across the planet. While Veltecite veins are one of the more common ore types available, players will often need heavy equipment to reach the ore.
There are several types of Veltecite ore that can be mined from the same type of vein. Since Pure Veltecite is one of the rarer types of this ore, players will need to make plenty of trips to Fortuna to gather it. If players are able to gather enough of the ore they can use it to craft a variety of epic-quality weapons and items.

Where to Find Pure Veltecite in Bright Sands
Players who are new to The Cycle may find themselves exploring the Bright Sands map. This map offers a normal difficulty setting and has plenty of locations to gather materials. Players looking for Pure Veltecite will want to frequent the many rivers and lakes on this map. However, those are not the only locations to find Pure Veltecite.
Waterfall Lab/Lake
Players who land near the Waterfall Lab will be close to several groups of Veltecite ore clusters. Most of these ore nodes can be found north of the lab, around the waterfalls. The next largest cluster of ore can be found by traveling Southwest from the lab. There are also smaller clusters of the ore near the drop ship locations, on the smaller lake islands, and directly South of the lab.
Dig Site
Players who find themselves landing in the jungle will have to journey further inland if they want to find any Pure Veltecite ore. The closest cluster of ore can be found at the Dig Site. However since this area has fewer water sources than others, that means there will be less Veltecite ore. Players can also find the mineable ore at the Abandoned Mine.
Base Camp & Vaccine Lab
While Pure Veltecite may be a bit more difficult to find in the center of Bright Sands, players can still come across the ore here. Players near the East Caverns and Vaccine Labs will have the best luck, as there are plenty of Veltecite clusters in these two areas.
The East Collection Point will also have a few ore nodes to mine. The Crashed Drill is another great place to search for the ore. If players are attempting to extract at the Base Camp, they may encounter Veltecite veins near:
- South of the South East Uplink
- Northwest side of the North Uplink
- Northeast, Southeast, and South of the Base Camp
Swamp
Players who spawn into the world near the swamp can find the ore along the edge of the map where rivers and streams flow into the ocean. Larger groups of the Veltecite Ore can be found around the Northeast and Northwest faces of the Swamp Camp. Pure Veltecite can also be found in some of the river ways of the swamp in The Cycle.
Water Facility & Science Campus
Players can potentially find Pure Veltecite in The Cycle if they travel to the Water Facility. There are several groups of Veltecite veins to mine close to the building. In addition, players can find veins near the Science Campus along the river bank. There are a few smaller nodes in between both buildings, as well.
Where to Find Pure Veltecite in Crescent Falls
If players are looking for more of a challenge, they can attempt to explore Crescent Falls in The Cycle: Frontier. Crescent Falls is a higher intensity map, that differs from the Bright Sands map in numerous ways. While the general layout drastically changes, there’s still lots of Pure Veltecite in veins around the map.
Pinnacle Labs
If players travel to the Pinnacle Labs area they can find a large expanse of Veltecite veins. The ore can be found stretching from the West side of the facility to the Southeast. There are a few smaller clusters of Veltecite in the Northern area above the lab and further South.
Starport Warehouse & Starport Landing Pad
Players can find Pure Veltecite in and around the Starport Warehouse and Landing Pad. There are plenty of crates around the Landing Pad that will often contain pieces of the ore. If players travel North West of the pad more crates will be scattered around the map. In addition, mineable veins can be found between the two buildings.
Greens Prospect & Skeleton Observation Site
More industrial crates that may hold pieces of Veltecite ore are located around Greens Prospect, south of Starport. There are more crates within the Osiris Wildlife Preserve. Players can find a few extra Veltecite veins near the Lakeside building.
If players travel East from Greens Prospect they will eventually come across the Skeleton Observation Site. In the Northern area surrounding the Skeleton Observation Site Power Up Room players can also find a large number of Veltecite veins to mine.
Root Rock Tunnel
If players find themselves near the Root Rock Tunnel they can travel to the Northern tip of the tunnel and find plenty of Veltecite veins. The Southern half of the tunnel too has plenty of Veltecite.
Lagoon
The Lagoon region in The Cycle: Frontier is the final great place to mine for Pure Veltecite. Players can find veins and crates with the ore at the Geothermal Plant. If they travel North from the plant they can find more veins in the Lagoon Thermal Ponds.
The area around the Nutrition Farms Processing Plant will be Veltecite rich. Finally, there are large clusters of the ore Northwest and Southeast of the plant. Further South in the Favela players will find even more veins.
