Bot lobbies in Fortnite can be great for many reasons. You can use them for general practice, especially if changing from controller to keyboard and mouse, or if you just want to get challenges done. It is much easier to get Damage In Salty Springs done without having sweats constantly on you.
If you’re struggling to level up and want to get closer to the fully Golden Agent Peely then this guide will show you how to get into bot lobbies on Fortnite.
First, you’ll need 2 devices that can play Fortnite. These can be either a PC, Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch or a mobile device. It doesn’t really matter. You just need your primary platform and a secondary.
Next, you need to make a new Fortnite account on your second platform. Just go through the simple steps of creating an account. You may need to make a new gamertag etc if you’re making it on console, or you could unlink your primary account from the console instead.
Once you’re logged in on both accounts, add each other as friend. Then use your new account to invite your primary account to a party. The new account must be party leader, otherwise you won’t get into bot lobbies.
Then choose either duos or squads and start a match. New accounts play their first match again all bot players; there are no real players in a new account’s first match.
Once the match begins and you’re either on spawn island or the battle bus, back out with your secondary account, leaving your main account in a bot lobby.
Your secondary account will get the first punch card medal and likely level up, but that’s fine. By the secondary account backing out, its first match never concludes with a win or a loss, as it needs to complete this match in order to leave bot lobbies. This allows you to exploit this by repeatedly backing out, leaving you able to play in bot lobbies time and time again.
The secondary account will only earn the first punch card medal each day, making leveling up a fairly slow process. Once the account reaches level 10, it will automatically leave bot lobbies, meaning every now and then you need to make a new account. But overall, it’s an easy process that will allow you to grind XP much easier. You get the most XP from looting, so by doing this, you can loot whole POIs in peace without fear of encountering a sweat. I recommend playing squads because you can get higher kills per fight which grants more XP.
