FaZe Clan has confirmed this Monday the transfer of Finn ‘Karrigan’ Andersen from Mousesports, with the Danish Captain returning to the team he lead from 2016 to 2018.
The FaZe he will return to will be a much different FaZe from the one he commanded throughout those two years.
Håvard ‘rain’ Nygaard will be the only player left from the squad that nearly conquered the ELEAGUE Boston Major in 2018, losing the title to Cloud9 in the decider map on overtime.
Shortly after, the team would collapse, with Olof ‘Olofmeister’ Kajbjer taking a break for personal reasons and Karrigan being removed from the roster towards the end of that year.

Karrigan spent the last two years leading the young talents of Mousesports, but with his contract reaching the end and a FaZe move imminent, the German organisation decided to release him at no cost.
With BLAST Premier Spring Groups coming to an end just yesterday, Olof ‘Olofmeister’ Kajbjer confirmed that this would be his last event for the organisation, concluding his long period as a stand-in while the organisation revamped their CS:GO roster.
Robert ‘RobbaN’ Dahlström is also expected to make a return soon, with the coach being already involved behind the scenes as a Team Manager.
The Swede will probably take over the coaching role once his ESIC-issued ban terminates on March 13th, completing a spot that has been vacant since the departure of Janko ‘YnK’ Paunović.
Time will be of the essence for the new In-Game Leader of FaZe Clan, as the team will be making its debut this Thursday for the online IEM Katowice 2021.
