Earlier today, the last patch notes of 2020 has been released by Riot Games. League of Legends Patch 10.25 brings in the release of new champion, Rell, some new and upcoming skins and champion changes to improve gameplay quality for fans all over the world.

The new tank support champion has finally landed in 10.25. Riot Games released multiple articles about Rell including an

Pantheon Pantheon is being adjusted to bring him back to his original role in the top lane. This update will not diminish his recent support role however his shift into a bruiser-type will allow him in various roles, including the mid lane.

Shyvana Shyvana's Fury of the Dragonborn is adjusted to fit better with non-SR game modes like ARAM and, the recently returned, Nexus Blitz and allowing her to gain from her passive.
ARAM: Shyvana begins the game with 5 bonus armor and magic resistance, gains permanent stacking armor and magic resistance whenever she or her allies kill Cannon Minions or Super Minions. Shyvana gains 1 armor, 1 magic resistance, and Dragon Fury regeneration (0.05 per stack) whenever she is healed by a Health Relic AOE on the enemy side of the map. Nexus Blitz: Shyvana gains permanent stacking armor and magic resistance whenever she or her allies kill nearby epic monsters, jungle monsters, and Rift Scuttlers. The Battle Queen skins for the lovely ladies of League of Legends will be released in 10.25. Fans also have several new chromas for option for these new skins.
