Dragonball Z FighterZ released its last DLC fighter, Master Roshi, all the way back in September, so it’s about time we’re due for a new fighter. While Bandai Namco hasn’t actually officially announced the new DLC fighter, it has supposedly been announced in the latest issue of Weekly Jump that the next Dragonball Z FighterZ DLC fighter will be Super Baby 2!
Super Baby 2 is the 3rd form of Baby after he had taken over Vegeta in the Dragon Ball GT series. Baby is a member of the Tuffle race and is not too happy with the Saiyans. He was also the 19th DLC character released into Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. This Dragonball Z FighterZ DLC announcement is interesting, albeit a tad strange. Super Baby 2 is a bit of a lesser-known character, which surely makes it an interesting choice for fans of the character, but there a lot of more widely popular characters that Bandai Namco could have chosen for this DLC.
I’m sure that some of these fighters will eventually be released into the game, but for now, I suppose we’ll just have to wait for the official announcement from Bandai Namco and maybe even a roadmap for next year’s round of DLC! For now, I’ll be playing in the new Dragonball Z Dokkan Battle Christmas banner, might buy some of those Dragon Stones on sale!
