The matchups for the Overwatch League Summer Showdown Knockouts have been determined for the Asia-Pacific region. The four teams with the best records in the Summer Showdown qualifiers will face off in single-elimination matchups to determine the two teams heading to the playoffs.
The four teams that qualified for the Summer Showdown knockouts are:
- Shanghai Dragons (4-0 +11 Map Differential)
- Chengdu Hunters (3-1 +5 MD)
- Seoul Dynasty (3-1 +3 MD)
- New York Excelsior (2-2 +3 MD)
Therefore, Sunday’s matchups will be:
- New York Excelsior vs Shanghai Dragons (July 11th 5:00 EST/10:00 BST)
- Seoul Dynasty vs Chengdu Hunters (July 11th 6:30 EST/11:30 BST)
As mentioned in our Shanghai Dragons Homestand Preview teams based in China will be playing their knockout stage matches from Shanghai in front of a live audience. While the New York Excelsior and Seoul Dynasty who are based in Korea will play their matches from their team facilities.
