Persona 5 Strikers Already in Steam Top 10 Sellers Worldwide

Persona 5 Strikers was already on pre-order on Steam. Yet, although the game was fully released just today, it’s since yesterday in the platform top 10 worldwide sellers.

The continuation of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts adventure was already available in Japan, South Korea and Hong Kong’s Play Station Store. However, today, February 23, the game becomes available for the rest of the world in the Play Station Store and arrives on Steam for the first time.

The game was until yesterday in pre-order mode but it does seem like PC players are eager for the imminent launch since it’s was already in 10th place yesterday among Steam bestsellers worldwide and now it’s in the second position. The first place, not surprisingly, belongs to Valheim. 

In this new game, players will the Phantom Thieves and strike back against the corruption overtaking cities across Japan during summer vacation. What was supposed to be just a time off from school, becomes a new adventure as a distorted reality emerges. Furthermore, the new problem seems to be related to the events from the previous game.

The battles will happen across Japan on an epic road trip through 6 different cities. And, once more, justice is not Joker’s side.

Persona 5 Strikers, named Persona 5 Scramble in Japan, is the continuation for Persona 5, not Persona 5 Royal. Therefore, the new characters from Royal won’t be there and it will be like the team never visited the exclusive Palace from Royal.

Persona 5 Strikers is available on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Steam in Standard and Deluxe Versions. The Deluxe Version includes the Persona Legacy BGM pack and the All-out Attack Pack.
