During the event period, you can play the event once a day with a special battle on day 5 giving players better rewards. You can get rewards such as a larger sum of Happy Tickets, Joy Tickets and Bliss Tickets than usual.
During the four days leading up to the final day you will also get Happy Tickets, Joy Tickets and Bliss Tickets but a lesser sum and at random than you will on the 5th day as well as a total of 1,000 gems.
The tickets listed above that you can get can be exchanged for items such as 5 Star Scout Tickets, Lucky Scrolls and Lucky Cookies as well as items necessary for leveling up and increasing the level cap of your sync pairs.
The amount of items you can exchange them for is limited such as 5 Star Scout Tickets being limited to two at the exchange rate of five Bliss Tickets each. Bliss Tickets being the rarest to acquire in the event. Once you have 30 5 Star Scout Tickets, you can scout a guaranteed single 5 Star Scout.

Lucky Cookies are the item the Pokemon will consume to learn the aforementioned abilities. With each one having a better chance of giving you a certain type of effect than another depending on which one is consumed.
Other items such as Drink Packs, Elite Four Notes and Level Up Manuals are also available to level up your sync pairs and increase their cap level.
