Destruction AllStars has unfortunately been delayed until February 2021. Let’s talk about it...
According to a recent PlayStation Blog post, PS5 launch title, Destruction AllStars, set to launch in November 2020, has since been delayed until February 2021. This is bound to be disappointing to PlayStation players everywhere, but there is a silver lining to the delay…Destruction AllStars will be released as a FREE PS Plus game when it launches in February 2021. Here’s what Pete Smith, Director of development had to say about the bad news:
“Hi everyone – we wanted to share a quick update on our plans for Destruction AllStars. We’ve decided to move the game’s release from November 2020 to February 2021, where it will be included for two months in PlayStation Plus at no additional cost. Destruction AllStars is a multiplayer game that’s at its best when you’re competing with gamers online from all around the world. We want as many people as possible to experience the mayhem on PS5, and what better way to do that then to provide the game to our PlayStation Plus members?”Credit: PlayStation Blog
He also says that there will be a brand-new trailer and more details on the game coming next week “so you’ll know exactly what to expect when you download it in February.”
If you have pre-ordered the game already whether via PlayStation Store, PlayStation.com, or any retail option, your purchase will be refunded, so there’s no need to worry about any financial loss on your end.
