Lore, artwork, abilities – all you need to know about Lillia, the 150th Champion to join League of Legends.
Through the past few weeks, there have been several leaks revealing a new champion coming to League of Legends. First, there were new voice-overs on the PBE client, then artwork began appearing that revealed a magical fawn creature. This creature is now Lillia.
Also, a token appeared in the shop on the PBE mentioning that something would happen on July 22. This date is the scheduled release date for Patch 10.15, leading that Lillia will most likely be released with the coming 10.15 Patch.
Who is Lillia? What is her gameplay? What are her abilities? All of these questions are answered just below.

Who’s Lillia?
“Imagine knowing everyone’s dreams—how they see the world, themselves, and others.

Now imagine that your mom’s a tree, her best friend is Ivern, and you’ve spent your whole life alone in a magical forest. Your only glimpses of the outside world are through the dreams of outsiders that keep your tree-mom alive.
Then one day the dreams stop coming. Your tree-mom gets sick and the outsiders appear in your forest. You panic, sleep them, and then bam! The dreams are back. Your tree-mom feels better and, what’s more, you can harvest their dreams to feed mommy dearest.
So what’s a good deer-daughter to do? (Oh yeah, you’re a deer by the way—don’t ask.) You prance off into the world to put people to sleep and harvest their dreams.
That’s basically Lillia. Except… not quite. There’s more to her than just that.
She’s shy, clumsy, and self-conscious. She’s selfless and wants to help, but fears getting close to those who need it. Lillia is a rare flower who needed careful tending throughout her development. And when it was over she had blossomed into something we didn’t quite expect: the bravest champion we’ve made, who has an unbreakable bond with dreams.”

Abilities
Passive – Dream-Laden Bough
Lillia’s abilities apply Dream Dust, dealing a portion of the target’s maximum health as magic damage over a duration.
Q – Blooming Blows
Lillia swings her branch in the air and deals magic damage to nearby enemies, dealing true damage to those at the outer edge of the circle. When she successfully lands the attack, Lillia also gets movement speed.
W – Watch Out! Eep!
Lillia winds up for a huge strike with her branch dealing magic damage to enemies. Enemies at the center of the impact receive more damage.
E – Swirlseed
Lillia lobs a Swirlseed overhead, dealing magic damage to enemies and slowing them for a duration. If Lillia’s Swirlseed misses it’ll continue to roll until it hits an enemy or collides with terrain.
R – Lilting Lullaby
Lillia casts a lullaby over her enemies and those affected by her Dream Dust become increasingly slowed before falling asleep for a duration of time. When awakened by damage, enemies will take additional magic damage.
