The puzzle spinoff the platforming game, Shovel Knight, is headed for the Nintendo Switch with Amiibo support. The game, Shovel Knight: Pocket Dungeon, was shown last year, but only now just confirmed for the Nintendo console.

Shovel Knight received critical acclaim, becoming a massive hit, and even making an appearance in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as an Assist Trophy. We can expect this spinoff to live up to the hype. There is no release date yet for Shovel Knight: Pocket Dungeon, but it is expected to release on the Switch on winter of 2021.
