Want to expand your Sims 4 family the natural way, but also don’t really want to wait? Well, these Sims 4 Pregnancy Cheats have everything you need to create the Sims 4 family you desire.
Cheating is all well and good in The Sims 4, but you need to know where to put the cheats in, right? Well, opening the command console isn’t too complicated at all. All you need to do is press CTR, SHIFT, and C to toggle it on or off. Then, once you’ve typed in the cheat… You just hit enter. Easy peasy.
If you’re playing on a console, pressing all four shoulder buttons simultaneously will also toggle the console on or off.
Before you get stuck in though, it’s worth noting that for a lot of these, you’ll need to have Testing Cheats on, otherwise they won’t work. All you have to do for this is type testingcheats on into the command console. To disable this, you type testingcheats off into the console instead.
If you’re having trouble with this, ‘testingcheats 1’, ‘testingcheats true’, and ‘testingcheats yes’ all appear to work as well.
Where a cheat requires a SHIFT-Click, console users can press X+O on PlayStation 4, or A+B on Xbox One for the same effect.

Without the risk of bugs, this is the easiest way to have two Sims as ready as possible before they try for a baby. Once you have input this, you can proceed with normal in attempting to get a Sim pregnant.
Get A Sim’s ID Number – Sims.Get_Sim_ID_By_Name PregnantSimFirstName PregnantSimLastName
This will give you an 18-digit Sim ID which is unique to each Sim. This is required for the next cheat which relates to offspring numbers.
Dictate Number Of Sim’s Offspring – Pregnancy.Force_Offspring_Count SimID #
Replace ‘ SimID’ with the 18-digit Sim ID from the previous console command, and the ‘#’ with the desired number of offspring. So, insert 2 for Twins and 3 for Triplets. Some Sims may be able to have more children, based on the household size.
Force A Sim Into Labour – Sims.Add_Buff Buff_Pregnancy_Inlabour
There are also a number of ways to influence Sims into having the desired pregnancy outcome without using cheats. These aren’t guarantees, but they do help increase the odds of the following effects.
Have A Baby Boy – Eat Carrots, Listen To Alternative Music
Have A Baby Girl – Eat Strawberries, Listen To Pop Music
Have Twins Or Triplets – Purchase The Fertile Reward From The Rewards Store For 3,000 Satisfaction Points. Alternatively, With The Spa Day Game Pack You Can Get A Fertility Massage From A Sim Practiced In Wellness Or At The Spa.
