Star Wars Squadrons: Alien Races – Every Alien Race Pilot Customisation

Updated:

If you want a game with fantastic customisation, look no further. In Star Wars Squadrons, Alien Races are just one of the several customisation options for New Republic pilots. You can also customise your pilot’s helmet, flight suit, and cockpit decorations!

In Star Wars: Squadrons, each Alien Race customisation option is classified as Legendary Rarity. They also each cost 1,200 Honour, an in-game currency that can be acquired from playing and ranking up! Below are the four Alien Race customisation options currently available for New Republic Pilots:

Firstly, you can suit-up as an Abednedo Pilot. The Abednedo Race is a relatively new one to Star Wars, only really popping up in the Disney-Sequel Era. The most notable member of this race is most-likely Ello Asty. He’s a New Republic pilot who features notably throughout the Battle of Starkiller Base in The Force Awakens.

Next up, we have the option to suit-up as a Duros Pilot. The Duros Pilot featured in Star Wars: Squadrons has clearly seen some shit, as he is sporting an eye-patch. The Bounty Hunter Cad Bane, and the Rebel Pilot Shriv Suurgav are the most notable members of this race.

What would a good rebellious outfit be without a Sullustan Pilot? Following the Imperial Invasion of Sullust and their capital Pinyumb, Sullustans flocked to join the Rebellion and continued fighting the good fight into the Era of the New Republic. Rebellion Hero and former smuggler Nien Nunb is the most notable member of this race.

The fourth (and at the moment final) Alien Race available in Star Wars: Squadrons comes in the form of the Twi’lek Pilot. The Twi’lek are a pretty prominent race throughout Star Wars, featuring in every Era. General Hera Syndulla, Jedi Master Aayla Secura, and all-round creep Bib Fortuna are the most prominent members of this race.

Star Wars Squadrons Features A Few Other Alien Races That Aren’t Available

Alright. So… There’s four different alien races you can use in Star Wars: Squadrons at the moment. It’s not the most expansive selection, considering there’s the whole Star Wars universe to draw from. Still, it’s pretty awesome. In an effort to find hope in the situation, Star Wars: Squadrons features a whole load more Alien Races in its cast of characters.

Primarily, the New Republic’s Vanguard Squadron features three characters from another three Alien Races that aren’t reflected in customisation options.

Feresk “Frisk” Tssat is a Trandoshan. The Bounty Hunter Bossk is probably the most notable Star Wars Character of that race, if you’re not sure what they look like.

Keo Venzee is a Mirialan member of Vanguard Squadron. They are one of the few Star Wars Characters that identify as Non-Binary, too! Jedi Master Luminara Unduli and Padawan Bariss Offee are the most notable members of this race.

Kierah “Gunny” Koovah is the flight leader of Vanguard Squadron. She is a Mimbanese amputee who acts as the Squadron’s supporting pilot. They rarely feature in Star Wars content, with the Planet Mimban making it’s debut appearance in Solo: A Star Wars Story.
