Where to find the Earth Crystal in Stardew Valley?
To get the Earth Crystal you will have to go to ‘The Mines’ biome. Make sure to go anywhere between levels 1 and 29. You will be able to see these foraged minerals on the ground. They will look similar to the item highlighted in the image above. Simply whack it with your pickaxe and you will find it in your inventory.
However, there are other ways by which you can get the Earth Crystal in Stardew Valley. Cracking open Geodes and Omni Geodes may also drop the Earth Crystal. You can also get this resource as a drop after eliminating Duggies in the Mines. Again, make sure to stay between Levels 1 and 29.
There is a chance that you can get this resource as a drop after killing Haunted Skulls. Wilderness Golems on the Wilderness Farm map will also drop this item. However, it is better to leave them alone as the drop chance is just 0.05%. You can also try your hand at Fishing Treasure Chests to find one of these rocks.
If you are feeling generous, the Earth Crystal is a good gift for NPCs in Stardew Valley. Except for Linus and Pierre. They seem to be grumpy about receiving a rock as a gift. Who knew right?
Craftable Items
The Earth Crystal is used to make one of the most important machines in the game. Yes, I am talking about the Mayonnaise machine. Mayonnaise is a pretty important ingredient in Cooking. Make sure that you have reached Farming Level 2 in the game to unlock this recipe. Once you have that base covered, make sure you have 15 wood, 15 stone, 1 Earth Crystal, and 1 Copper Bar. After that, you should be able to craft your own Mayo machine using the Earth Crystal.
