Super Nintendo World Video Gives Fans Best Look Yet

Updated:

Despite its indefinite delay, a new Super Nintendo World Video courtesy of Twitter user @29QuP2 has given us a much better look at the progress of the park.

You may have already read our previous articles on the Super Nintendo World park and its development. Here’s where we got our first look at Super Nintendo World, and here’s the news about its indefinite delay. Now we bring you even more exciting news!

Super Nintendo World Video Shows The Park In All Its Wonder

Twitter user @29QuP2 uploaded the video yesterday; it can be seen in the tweet below.

The video spends a little over a minute showing us what we can expect from the park. In it, we see a number of different areas that are undoubtedly inspired by stages from the Super Mario Bros games. There’s also wandering Goombas, spinning Green Shells, and a dangerous amount of Piranha Plants. From the looks of it, a lot of it will be out of reach for people, though. It seems like the park wants to completely transport you into Mario’s world once you enter, but who are we kidding… This isn’t a bad thing.

You reckon you could scramble up this?

Arguably, the stand-out feature of the park is Bowser’s Castle. Its turrets tower over the colourful vista with a menacing spiked facade. What does amuse me, though, is that the park is called Super Nintendo World. However, the park is almost entirely Mario-themed. What other Nintendo titles would you want to see adapted into a theme-park? Animal Crossing HAS to be one.
