Want to skip the hard-work and live the life of your dreams? Well here’s a list of The Sims 2 Cheats to help you do that! Woo hoo!

EA’s The Sims 2 is a classic by any account. Released in 2004, it was simply a triumph. The Sims 2 has an average critic review score of 9 out of 10 and is one of the best-selling PC games of all time! Even though it’s a bit old, it can still be a hell of a lot of fun! You may have heard about the infamous “motherlode” money cheat, but there’s a lot more you can do in The Sims 2 with cheats.

The Sims 2 Additional Secrets

These cheat codes aren’t the only way for you to customise the way you play The Sims 2. You can also add your own Mp3 files that are played through the in-game radio and add your own videos that can be played through the in-game TV! There are a few restrictions, but it definitely makes for a more personalised experience.

Play Your Own Videos On The TV

In order to add your own video clips to the in-game TV, you must put the video file you want into the following file folder:

My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Movies\Broadcast (the TV sender you want)

The video must be in the .avi-clips format and cannot be larger than 128×128 pixel, with a 15 frames per second limit.

Play Your Own Music On The Radio

In order to add your own music to the in-game radio stations, you must put the audio file you want into the following file folder:

MyDocuments/EAGames/TheSims2/Music/(whatever RadioStation you want your song on)

From here, you can access the song listings for each Radio Station from The Sims 2 options menu. They must be an Mp3 file.

In addition to these, there are plenty of other glitches and exploits you can utilize while playing The Sims 2. For example, you can have endless pizza if you use a Sim to call for one and wait for the delivery Sim to leave it by the front door. These will never get stale and are stack-able. The only issue is that you have pizza on your front porch.
