Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Remastered is here, bringing back all of the 90’s nostalgia in glorious HD. The first 2 games have been accurately recreated, and it is one of the most fun gaming experiences of 2020. If you missed it, be sure to read our review of Tony Hawk’s 1 + 2 Remastered here.
In every level of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Remastered there are a lot of Gaps, which can be used to add points to combos as well as being needed to complete certain challenges. Here is a guide for every Gap found in the Marseille level:
2 the Box | Behind the starting point to the right is a curved rail that leads to a funbox. Grind the rail, ollie, then land on the funbox |
And Away!!! | To the left of the starting point, in the pool area, is a very narrow quarter pipe. Use it to get lots of air |
Big Mouth Gap | Either side of the middle crossbar is a quarter pipe. Get lots of speed, and transfer from one side to the other |
Big Ol’ Stanky | Go into the pool area and build up some speed. Facing where the start position is, ollie over the quarter pipe and over the red dumpsters |
Boomin’ Extension | There are two red speakers on one of the quarter pipes in the main pool. Perform a lip trick on them |
Box 2 Box Action | To the left of the start position are two large funboxes. Ollie from one to the other |
Crossbar Stomp | Use a quarter pipe to get up and grind the middle crossbar |
Dumpster Pop | Near the start position are some red dumpsters. Ollie over one of them lengthways |
Dumpster Stomp | From the start position, find the two funboxes to the left. Ollie up the nearest one and wallride and wallie to get on top of the railing. Grind it along, then drop down and grind the dumpsters |
The Hidden 4 Kink | In the secret area with the fountain, grind the rail down the steps |
Freakin’ Huge Hip | Go into the far pool past the middle crossbar. Transfer from the pool over to the quarter pipe on the other side where the angled table is |
Humptey Humps!!!! | Ollie from one of the humps in the back bowls to the hump below the middle crossbar. Use the pools to gain speed for this |
Kink Clank | Opposite one of the pool quarter pipes is a small set of steps with a rail. Ollie out of the pool and grind the rail |
Kink Stomp | From the start position, find the two funboxes to the left. Ollie up the far one and wallride and wallie to get on top of the railing. Grind it along, then drop down and grind the rail below |
Knucklin’ Futs!!! | On the right-hand grass area is a wooden lamppost. Using the quarter pipe opposite, ollie up to the lamppost and grind it |
Lamp Stomp | Grind the top of any of the big wooden lamp posts |
Ledge 2 Rail | To the right of the starting position is a curved yellow rail. First grind the ledge leading to it, ollie, and grind the yellow rail |
Over the Crossbar | There’s a crossbar in the middle of the stage with some bunting on it. Use the quarter pipe to ollie right over it |
Over the Lil’ 4 | Behind the starting position is a small set of stairs, ollie down them |
Over the Gate | To the right of the starting position is a crossbar and a short ramp. Use the ramp to ollie over the crossbar |
Over the Table | There’s a table propped up in one of the pools. Ollie over it |
Rail 2 Ledge | To the right of the start position is a curved yellow rail. Grind it towards the ledge, ollie, and grind the ledge |
Rail 2 Rail | To the left of the start position is a black platform with rails either side. Grind one, ollie, and grind the other |
Shorty Dumpster Pop | Near the start position are some red dumpsters. Ollie over one of them widthways |
Shorty Table Pop | Near the start position is a red picnic table. Ollie over it widthways |
Stanky Extension | There’s a dumpster on the edge of one of the pools. Perform a lip trick on it |
Table Pop | Near the start position is a red picnic table. Ollie over it lengthways |
Up! | To the left of the starting point, in the pool area, is a very narrow quarter pipe. Use it to get some air |
Up the Lil’ 4 | Behind the starting position is a small set of stairs, ollie up them |
Up!! | To the left of the starting point, in the pool area, is a very narrow quarter pipe. Use it to get more air than in ‘Up!’ |
U.U.A. Extension | To the left of the starting point, in the pool area, is a very narrow quarter pipe. Perform a lip trick on it |
Wall Crawler | In the secret area with the fountain, do a wallride over the gap on the back wall |
Water Up Le Backside | In the secret area with the fountain, ollie over the fountain |
Waking the dead | Go to the secret area. At the back is a quarter pipe. Get on top and do a manual along its length |
Steppin Out | From the start, head to the left to see a platform jutting into the pool area. Do a manual all the way along, including the raised part |
The Trashman Gap | To the left is a row of three red dumpsters. Perform a manual over them |
Le Rail Saut | Go to the bowl with the red dumpster on the edge. Air out to the right and land a grind on the curved yellow rail |
Le Dumpster Saut | Go to the bowl at the back with the Red Bull logo on the floor. Ollie out to the left and land a grind on the red dumpster |
