TSM has announced today the launch of the innovative new program TSMU, a collegiate-focused initiative built specifically for university students that have a passion for gaming and esports.
From the die-hard fan to the esports career aspirant to the future pro player, TSMU will provide quality mentorship, guidance, support, and community for those looking to start their journey in the esports industry.

Starting today, TSMU will begin to offer traditional events such as career panels, Q&As with top esports industry professionals, tournament watch parties, casual tournaments, and more.
TSMU will focus on the depth of community that will be curated around the collective shared love for esports and the highly successful, highly profitable industry that surrounds it. TSMU will provide internship programs and coveted career opportunities within the TSM organization.
One of the most common questions I get asked is, ‘How do you get into esports?’
In this industry, there has historically been a lack of a clear path on how to get involved, so it can be challenging for those who are interested in this business to even get started. This is why we created TSMU. We want to lead the way in creating new opportunities in the space, as well as providing education and insight for those looking to learn how they can work in the space.Allie Hahe, TSM Project Manager and Creator of TSMU
TSMU will provide students with the ability to learn and connect with the multi-billion dollar global esports industry in a much more direct and meaningful way, giving them the chance to develop the skills and the network needed to pave the way for future career opportunities.
