It has been 10 years since the last Prince Of Persia game, ‘Forgotten Sands’, and it seems Prince Of Persia 6 may be in development after Ubisoft registered a domain for Prince Of Persia 6.
The domain registration was noted by Reddit user NayamArmashe who also notes that the Prince of Persia 5 domain was registered in 2005, and no Prince Of Persia 7 domain exists. It seems Ubisoft has been doing this with all of their games in the past. Each domain just directs to Ubisoft.com nowadays.
It is worth noting that none of the Prince Of Persia games have been numbered, and it would be expected that the game would be called something else, with this as a placeholder for the time being.
With Ubisoft’s digital E3-style event soon, it will be interesting to see whether Prince Of Persia 6 will be revealed for the PS5 and Xbox Series X. It would make an excellent launch title.
