Warzone Season 4 Was Originally Going To Begin June 3

Last week, we got a teaser relating to the new operator coming to Warzone Season 4. This hinted at Captain John Price being the newest character available to players. However, since then, we have now seen that both Captain John Price and Kyle ‘Gaz’ Garrick are coming. Both feature heavily alongside Alex in the Modern Warfare campaign. There is also another character possibly coming.

Activision is also adding new maps, new weaponry, and new cosmetics. There also may be some in-game events happening in relation to the bunkers that have started to open up… I think Dam might be in danger, but it’s anyone’s guess as to what Activision has up their sleeve.

Warzone Season 4 has not received an updated release date.

This is, of course, in relation to the developing protests that are currently going on across America. The protests are always ongoing, as the situation for African Americans in America is sadly not improving. The increasing intensity has been sparked by the murder of George Floyd. Floyd was killed by a Minneapolis police officer during his arrest. Floyd’s peaceful co-operation didn’t mean anything. The officer was pinning him to the floor with a knee to his neck.

Activison is joining a number of companies and organizations that are showing their support during this time. However, it is unsure as to the extent of their support. A tweet is something, as is postponing an event, but I fear it is unlikely to effectively contribute to the desperately needed change.

PlayStation has also postponed their ‘Future of Gaming’ PS5 Reveal Event due to happen June 4.
