League of Legends Worlds 2020 will begin September 25th and will conclude on October 31st. Worlds will be held exclusively in Shanghai to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved.

2019 World Championship

Worlds 2019 took place across Europe, starting in Berlin with the Play-In stage & Group Stag, Madrid for the quarterfinals and semifinals, and Paris for the finals in which we saw FunPlus Phoenix dominate G2 Esports with a 3-0 victory.

Currently LoL 2019 World Championship is the most viewed esport event, reaching a record breaking 21.8 million in average minute audience and an impressive 44 million peak viewers.
