Xbox Games With Gold for January 2021 Revealed Early

Xbox revealed their Games with Gold lineup for January 2021 and it’s got a couple of decent picks. Let’s check ’em out!

Little Nightmares

Little Nightmares is the first Games with Gold game available in the January lineup. Released in 2017, Little Nightmares is a dark and whimsical tale that aims to “confront you with your childhood fears.” If you’re into atmospheric horror adventures, try Little Nightmares available for free as part of Games with Gold from January 1 – January 31.

Dead Rising

The classic zombie-action game, Dead Rising is also available on Games with Gold. Looking to smash some zombies with a TV? Sure thing. Want to slice and dice with a laser sword? You got it. Dead Rising has everything you need to stay busy slaying zombies in your free time. Dead Rising will be available January 16 – February 15.

The King of Fighters XIII

The King of Fighters XIII is a fighting game in the video game series The King of Fighters. The 8th installment released in 2010 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It is also available on PC and mobile (Android/iOS). If you’re a fan of the series or fighting games in general, make sure to pick it up for free when it launches as part of the Games with Gold January lineup from January 1 – January 15.

Breakdown

Last but not least, we’ve got Breakdown. A 2004 OG Xbox hit praised for its use of first-person narrative story-telling, this was very well-received by players. Breakdown was also recently added to the ever-growing list of backwards-compatible titles available on Xbox! Breakdown will be available for free on Games with Gold starting January 16 and will continue to be available until February 31.
